Refund policy

Exchanges are accepted only for defective items or when we send a size different from the size confirmed in your order. Correctly supplied, non-defective items cannot be exchanged for fit or change of mind.

Cash refunds are not offered. Where a refund is approved, a coupon of the same value will be issued for a current or future purchase.
